Tom Johnson
Tom is our General Manager here at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth in Texas. He was involved in the restoration industry for 15 years prior to joining our team in 2021. Tom is certified in Applied Structural Drying Water Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, and is certified by the state of Texas as a Mold Remediation Contractor.

Dustin Ingham
Dustin is our Dispatcher on our SERVPRO team in Texas. In this role, he dispatches crews, schedules and tracks jobs, and completes paperwork associated to them. He is always ready to learn and grow. Don't hesitate to call, we are available 24/7!

Amber Gillig
Amber joined the SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth family in 2021 as a production technician and is now a Job File Coordinator! Prior to joining our team, she worked in customer service for over 5 years. In her role with us, she is responsible for job tracking, scheduling reporting, and customer service.

Hannah Burney
Hannah is our Water Mitigation Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Southwest ft. Worth. As a local Texan, she received her Bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Jessica Moreno
Jessica brings a strong background in customer relations to her role as Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She joined our team at the beginning of 2023 with over 10 years of customer service experience and more than 7 years in the staffing industry.

Abby St. Julien
Abby is on of our Job File Coordinators on our SERVPRO team in Texas. She joined our team in 2022 with more than 3 years of customer service experience. Among other things, she is responsible for job tracking, scheduling reporting, and customer satisfaction.

Adam Martin
Adam is the Warehouse Manager here at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth. In this role, Adam is responsible for supporting production personnel and management as well as managing and controlling all SERVPRO warehouse related activities.

Jose Galarza
Jose is one of our Operations Managers at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth. He has previous experience working for a SERVPRO in Pennsylvania and returned to SERVPRO because he stands by our mission. He loves traveling with his family and visiting baseball stadiums.

Tony Buchanan
Tony is a Production Manager with us at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth. Prior to joining our team at the beginning of 2022, he had 3+ years of experience in the restoration field with SERVPRO. During that time, he worked jobs in multiple states.

Jacob Cluck
Jacob is a Production Manager on our SERVPRO team in Texas. Prior to joining our team in 2021, Jacob had 5 years of restoration and mitigation experience. His industry experience brings a lot of value to our team. We're happy to have him on board!

Jose Machado
Jose is one of our Production Managers at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth. He was born and raised in Venezuela, but came to the United States in 2016. He has worked his way through the ranks in a very short period of time because he is a hard-worker and a great leader.

Hany is a Crew Chief on our SERVPRO team in Texas. Prior to joining our team at the beginning of 2022, she had over 2 years of experience in the restoration field. We are proud to have Hany on our team of restoration professionals.

Jeff Youngs
Jeff Youngs is a Crew Chief with us at SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth. In this role, Jeff has to think on his feet, resolving problems quickly as they arise, as well as monitoring all assigned jobs to ensuring customer needs are exceeded. Jeff makes an excellent addition to Team Nicholson!

Jonathan Gomez
Jonathan is a Crew Chief on our SERVPRO team in Texas. He has worked alongside SERVPRO for over 5 years. Part of his experience includes commercial large loss projects as well as residential settings.

Erica Espitia
Erica is one of our Crew Chiefs with our SERVPRO team here in Texas. She helps our team with all of our mitigation and production services. These include fire and water mitigation, content tracking/pack-out, microbial mitigation, and others.

Jason Killion
Jason is one of our Crew Chiefs on SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Texas. He had 3 years of experience in dispatch, remodeling, and construction prior to his joining our team in 2021. His variety of work experience in the industry is a valuable asset to our team.

Grant Marcell
Grant is one of our Crew Chiefs on our SERVPRO of Southwest Ft. Worth team. He leads a small team in all of our services. These include biohazard cleanups, mold remediations, fire and water mitigation, and content tracking/pack-out, among other duties.

Stephanie Stuart
Stephanie is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO on Team Nicholson. In this role, she organizes and manages his crew toward the completion of jobs, leads in daily assignments, and ensures customer satisfaction in all aspects of communication. We are thrilled to have her on our team.

Cesar Alejandro Bracho Chavez
Cesar Bracho is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO Team Nicholson in Ft. Worth, Texas. He supervises his team in a detail-oriented fashion. He takes pride in helping clients navigate the complex process of disaster recovery and is committed to restoring their homes and belongings to pre-disaster condition.

Alondra Yessenia Dixon Serrano
Alondra Serrano is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate the challenges of disaster recovery and works tirelessly to ensure they are fully satisfied with the restoration work performed.

Charles William

Joshua Morrison
Josh is one of our Construction Project Managers with us on SERVPRO Team Nicholson. He had been in the construction and restoration industry for 7 years prior to joining our team in 2022. His work has taken him all over the state of Texas for roofing, water mitigation, mold remediation, and construction rebuild jobs for residential and commercial clients.

Jeff Truitt
Before joining Team Nicholson as our COO, Jeff Truitt served as Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and as CEO of Clarksville-Montgomery County's Economic Development Council. Jeff has been devoted to the Clarksville community since setting roots here in 1992, while serving in the US Air Force, attached to Ft. Campbell Special Forces units. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.

Bill Shook
Serving as Team Nicholson's Chief of Production, Bill Shook holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Tarleton University and WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead Based Paint certifications. With more than 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, Bill focuses on talent development, process optimization, and strategy across our multi-franchise group.

Brian Bell
Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.

Eddy Ritsema
Eddy Ritsema began his journey with Team Nicholson on our SERVPRO of Montgomery County Reconstruction team. He has since transitioned to Regional Training Consultant, heading up training and process improvement in our Fort Worth, TX and Memphis, TN locations. He brings more than 6 years of insurance adjusting and claims handling experience.

Cassie Wyatt
Cassie Wyatt, our Financial Controller, joined Team Nicholson in 2014. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix along with Xactimate and DryBook experience. She leads our talented accounting team in ensuring our franchises' financial stability and success.

Bill Repsel
A member of our team since 2013, Bill Repsel is a true pillar of our administrative staff. He serves as both Executive Administrator to Team Nicholson and Office Manager in our SERVPRO of Montgomery County location. Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and is DryBook and Xactimate certified. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with his wife and family.

Christy Govea
Christy Govea serves as Team Nicholson's HR and Payroll Manager. She offers more than 15 years of valuable experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. She is a Clarksville, TN, native and is based in our downtown satellite office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and is a Jeep enthusiast!

Jay Chantler
With more than 20 years experience in the IT and Communications industries, Jay Chantler joins Team Nicholson as our IT Specialist. Based in our downtown Clarksville TN office, Jay ensures Team Nicholson is well equipped with the tech, programs, and security we need to be successful. In his free time, Jay enjoys collecting and restoring antiques!

Kaileigh Plant
Kaileigh serves as Team Nicholson's Accounting Manager, based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is passionate about lifelong learning. Originally from Orlando, FL, Kaileigh, her husband, and her son now call Tennessee home.

Shannon Bruening
A valued member of Team Nicholson since 2019, Shannon began her journey with the company as Receptionist, then served as a Job File Coordinator before her move to the Accounting team. She is based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office and is passionate about learning new skills.

Rayven Threlkeld
Now a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Clerk. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.

Reagan Nicholson
Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.

Halley Reitz
Serving as Team Nicholson's Digital Content Coordinator since 2021, Halley brings 5+ years experience in hospitality, customer service, and communication management. A Virginia native, Halley now resides in Clarksville, Tennessee, with her husband and red heeler, Tate. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, fishing, and cooking.

Rebecca Crow
Rebecca is the Digital Media Content Specialist on our Regional Team at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. This Tennessee native joined our team in 2021 with a PR bachelors from Austin Peay and a variety of work experience. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her incredible husband and her church family.

Victoria Hunt
A member of our staff since 2021, Victoria Hunt serves as Team Nicholson's Digital Marketing Director. She brings nearly 10 years experience in digital media, franchise marketing, and brand management. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Westfield State University. Originally from Massachusetts, Victoria now resides in Middle Tennessee with her dog and pet rabbits.

Jeff Williams
Jeff joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016 as Director of Large Loss Operations, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial mitigation. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair + Reinstallation, and Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning. Affectionately known as The Godfather of Large Loss, Jeff has managed more than $50M worth of large scale disaster recovery projects.

Gavin Parchman
Our most tenured Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson Project Manager, Gavin has been a leader and teacher on our Large Loss team since 2015. As a strong communicator, he works to ensure client satisfaction and offers a high degree of professionalism on the job. A native of our headquarters city, Clarksville, TN, Gavin now calls our St. Petersburg, FL, location home.

Kevin Woodard
Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.

Billy Morrison
Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.

Tristen Williams
Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.

Rhett Newton
Rhett comes to Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson after years with our SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park franchise location where he served as Sales + Marketing Manager. He now applies his industry knowledge and customer service skills as our Large Loss Production Manager.

David Harkness
Prior to joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson as our Large Loss Resource Coordinator in 2021, David worked in real estate, home renovation, inspection, industrial repair, maintenance, and emergency management for more than 30 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and family.

Bobby Glover
Joining our team in 2021, Bobby serves as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Crew Chief. In this role, he enjoys ensuring projects run smoothly by assisting with job set up, documentation, monitoring progress, and helping manage production.
